There is no advertising on Tom’s Thoughts and no trackers from the major analytics providers such as Google or Adobe. We do use analytics from the open source tool Matomo. Matomo is used as it can provide useful insights into what content appears to be most useful for people which can help shape what works and what does not. Matomo is also used because it is a privacy respecting service which does not aggregate data from millions of websites like other services do, but please read the Matomo privacy policy here.
